The VALE logo was inspired by the shape of rice paddies. In Indonesia, paddy fields are a symbol of prosperity. Green embodies the natural colour of paddy and symbolizes the fresh concept and service in the hospitality industry.

You certainly can! There is a corkage fee of IDR 350k++ for wine and champagne bottles that are not on our menu (IDR 750k++ for magnums). Unfortunately, no outside liquor are permitted.
